Hair extensions are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of purchase only if:

• The hair tag is still attached, and

• The bundle tie/wrap (the secure band holding the hair together) remains unbroken and intact.

Once these seals are removed, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Digital products and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
