2. Product Information

  • All of our hair extensions are 100% raw, unprocessed human hair.

  • Due to the natural origin of the hair, textures and wave patterns may vary slightly from bundle to bundle.

  • Product images on our website are for reference only. Actual appearance may differ based on lighting, screen resolution, or styling.

  • Digital downloads (such as hair maintenance guides) are delivered electronically after checkout and are final sale.

3. Orders & Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates our policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing times are typically 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once items are in the carrier’s possession.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, including those associated with returns or exchanges.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in providing high-quality products and want you to love your purchase.

Hair extensions are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of purchase only if:

  • The hair tag is still attached, and

  • The bundle tie/wrap (the secure band holding the hair together) remains unbroken and intact.

Once these seals are removed, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Digital products and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Digital Products

  • Digital downloads are delivered automatically after checkout via email.

  • Because these are electronic files, all digital items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid email address to receive the download.

7. Privacy & Security

We value your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All payment details are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

8. Intellectual Property
